Built in 1936 to an individual design. The present owners Helen and Andy have lived there for the past 15 years and invite you to stay with them.

We are situated within a 5 minute walk to Inverkeithing Railway Station with direct access to the centre of Edinburgh (15 mins) and all other mainline stations in Scotland.

Traditional cooked Scottish Breakfast is served with fresh juice, cereals, yoghurt, fresh bread and toast all served with tea or fresh ground coffee.
